Grant Integrative Facilities Management (Grant) was selected to provide comprehensive management and maintenance services during the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission’s (Commission) multi-million-dollar expansion program.
The Commission’s expansion at the Witco Property features a construction site comprised of 24 cargo ship containers that have been converted into offices. These offices will house the program’s consultants, including engineers, architects, and builders.
Grant will provide management, oversight, and coordination for the maintenance of all these construction site offices, including providing coronavirus-related cleaning and disinfecting. Additional services will include HVAC; housekeeping and custodial; and ancillary exterior services, such as lawn care and snow removal.

The Commission, which serves 1.5 million residents in 48 municipalities in Bergen Essex, Hudson, Union, and Passaic Counties and processes more than 300 million gallons of wastewater daily, is in the midst of expanding its capacity and capabilities.
