Grant Integrative Facilities Management (Grant) has an immediate need for an experienced, trustworthy, and technologically capable accountant for a senior position within a 100-person facilities management, maintenance, and repair firm primarily serving clients throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Interested individuals must have at least 8-10 years of experience with accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, billing, payroll, sales taxes, and account reconciliation related to A/R, A/P, and G/L. Additional experience includes cash and credit management, oversight of day-to-day accounting functions, and serving as point of contact for client-related accounting issues, as well as the firm’s external accounting firm. Will also be responsible for handling various compliance audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred);
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience handling accounting functions in a corporate setting;
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required;
- Experience with facilities management is not required, but welcomed;
- Exceptional computer-related skills and knowledge is required;
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks;
- Ability to work as part of a team guiding this family-owned organization.
